well the krypton pros are a 110-150 flex depending on the flex inserts iirc.

They come with a rubber and a hard plastic boot board (firm and anti shock), B and C tounges (medium and stiff flex) and a couple of wedges and stuff to adjust flex and forward lean You can get them pretty stiff, from a 100 to a 140 on Dalbello's flex-scale.

the boards fit under your footbed and look like a flat footbed. they're to the right of the tongues in this picture, and have the big "28" on them. the "flex adjusters" (i'm not sure of the technical term) are the black things to the right of the boards, and they slide into the heel cuff area of the boot. hopefully this helps.

The boot boards are easy, poke em with your finger, if its kinda squishy its the FR one, if its hard, it the more performance/race version.

As far as the flex stiffeners, they get put into the spine of the boot on the INSIDE of the shell. You have to pull the liner out to do so. You can put two in each boot. Experiment with putting just one stiffener in either the top of bottom slot.

Il Moro can be set up from 90-130, it has the same parts as Kr pro but a softer liner. I ride the rubber board and stiff tounge, it's probably somewhere around 110-120, perfect flex for me

Go to your local shop and ask them if they have any in stock, if they don't, ask them to order a pair for you.
