Subject: What should i call myself..
Looking for a name as I'm trying to finalize my website and print business cards. I do both photo and video (this is the killer), so i need a word that works for both. i really like 'evan heath visual,' as its unique, but i dont want to take away from evan and i dont think it flows well with my name haha

Just use your name. As far as I can tell you're not incorporating your self or anything, you don't need anything like that.
