Head vector may be worth a look too, infact there are any number of boots that go that big, its just a case of knowing which will work for your foot. But as i said have a boot fitter see if you can get the SPK fitting better first.

Try getting a good stiff footbed which supports you in a neutral stance, and I would imagine that will sort out your problems. Where do the boots feel too tight btw? But new boots should be the last option.

Go see if you can find a good bootfitting shop who make custom footbeds. Take your SPK's with you and speak to the person who is best with the footbeds. The footbed will support your foot often making it shorter and narrower. Once the footbed is in the boot, you could always lengthen/widen the toe box, or widen the heel, depending what is making the toes feel to tight.

Definitely get a nice footbed (something nicer than a basic Superfeet). For example, my foot collapses an entire size when it is not supported. So, a good footbed shortens my foot a full size. It means that my size 28 foot fits into a size 26 boot very comfortably.
