Ok first of all I really like that when you post an image it is not a thumbnail, like some other forums. However when you end up with a thread full of pictures and multi picture posts, and then people start quoting said multi-image posts, I think it gets confusing and harder to follow the thread. My proposal (not sure if this is super hard to do), is to make all quoted images thumbnail sized. Big enough that you can see what it is, but not full sized. Even cooler would be if you click on it, it jumps you up the page to the original picture.
