My bad, In that edit it is the women's boot, not the drop kick, I think it's lurched who uses that setup with the white tongue. Dale's short so he probably prefers the lower cuff.

It's the Soul Sister. I know lots of guys that use women's FT's and Dalbellos. Aside from the lower cuff, they're the exact same for the most part. So, if you like a low volume boot or have a narrower foot/lower calf the women's option is awesome.
Plus the all white just looks dope.
