No way man. I know the rails that you're talking about. They're pretty sweet, but you'll get tagged by NUPD before you even finish building your inrun. There's no way they'll let you hit that.
OP: There's a great multi-kink at the northern edge of the fens right near Boylston St. You wouldn't have to hit the whole thing, just put some snow on the stair landing that you want to drop from. I've been eyeing it up every time I run past there.

Yeah each building in NU is either staff with a rent-a-cop or has a guard rotate through periodically to check on things. They'd call the mothership and you'd have more than a few squad cars ruins your fun. Still; you should check out chicken lou's and grab yourself a heavyweight TKO.
As for the rail posted above on the Charles...are you serious? That's the drop-off to a wing of a major hospital. Not only would the incoming/outgoing traffic be prohibitive, but the guard who sits right inside the door would probably want to know why you're trying to shovel their driveway.
