Hey, I'm going to help you with every park skiers nightmare... SHINBANG. I guess I'll get right into it. Once again this is for BAD shinbang, like hurts too much to ski bad.

As soon as you get shinbang stop skiing as soon as you can, If you need to ski/walk more un-buckle your boots and push your tongues out and ski/walk very slow and easy.

Once you get home your new best friend is ice. Ice your shins for 20 mins. Then off for 20 mins, Massaging and stretching is good for your 20 min off time. Repeat this for a few hours.

Once your done icing, Stretch your ankles by pushing your toe and ankle down like this (\) like a ballerina, Then pull up as far as you can, So your toes are close to your shin.

Unfortunately, That's all I have and all you can do is Repeat these steps! Thanks for checking my guide out!

Sorry to go a little off topic, but I would like to share my guide to shin bang as I have had it VERY frequently over the last 3 years This is the the reason that seems ton occur more frequently. I would say the majority of free skiers are young adults, many of these young adults are still growing and developing right into adulthood. I am talking about ages 18 and below mainly. Because we are growing, our bones are quite soft and prone to being sprained/bruised but less likely to be broken. The cause of shin bang in these early years, is the fact that we lean too backseat on landings causing the muscles and bones in our shins to bend and sprain There is no quick and easy way to fix this. The only thing you can do is rest and frequently... Rub your shins and the affected spot Rub ice cubes on your shins, take turns at doing 1 on each leg Get some rub on voltaren or deep heat, both are good Get some ibuprofen or other oral medicine (take about 5 before you go out skiing) don't take voltaren orally Sit on your heels on the floor. You should definitely feel this Flexing your ankles moving your foot back and forward 2. Your boots are ill fitting around the calf area, which means your shins BANG back and forth in the boot Get some soles in the front of your boot and quit being a pussy, do the above aswell
Roses are Red, but they also come in pink and white varietys
