I'm gone from the end of April until September, and am looking for someone to sublet my room located in the heart of downtown only minutes away from Concordia, McGill, numerous metro stops, and all the shopping, clubs and restaurants located on Ste Catherine and St laurent. You will NOT find anything cheaper downtown, especially in a new building with everything included.

The apartment is located at 1430 City Councillors and goes by the name 515 Ste Catherine.

Large single room in a 4 bedroom apartment, no window, but blinds into the living room, rest of the apartment will likely be empty for the summer. Fully furnished (desk, bed, furniture, full kitchen, television), two bathrooms, storage closet.

This particular bedroom is the largest room in the apartment, with full closet, plenty of room for storage.

All amenities included (hot water, air conditioning, hydro, internet, cable etc.) Also included in the building are TWO study rooms, a music room a full gym, including weight and cardio rooms, and a movie theatre with tons of free movies at the front desk.
