T2i

nikon 35 2
nikon 50 1.4
nikon 80-200 4
nikon 500 mm 8
kit lens(not mine)
plan on getting tamron 17-50 and a new 50

Bunch of other accessories that I don't feel like naming.

My pride is my tripod though. Its really old, but steady as shit and is complete overkill for a t2i setup. Wish it had a bowl but whatever.

Its a linhof somethin somethin don't remember right now. Not my pic but you get a good idea of the size. Its about 8-9 feet tall fully extended. So pointless.

I'm not 100% sure what the actual conversion is, but I know thats not right. When you convert and fd lens to EOS you need a piece of glass in the adapter that makes up for the difference in the focal plane, it not only makes the lens longer but it reduces the max aperture.

What made you get the ZF version over the Contax one? Or doesn't the C/Y mount fit on the FS100?

Manfrotto 055

Clik Elite Pro Elite, This thing weighs a TON though.

It's nice to have something big enough like this to hold everything I own, flashes and stuff, chargers and a laptop for when I go on longer trips.

I'm definitely picking this up in a few days though for a more, everyday use bag:

On a serious note, I use a T2i, Tokina 11-16, Canon 85mm, Pentax 50mm, Rode Videomic, Glidecam HD2000, and a sachtler ace. It's legit and does everything I want it to do. I wanna get a 70-200 f/4 though for them tight shots
Oddly enough, I won a gopro in a film festival. My post is now relevant.

Yeah, but it's also about 4 times as expensive. I really love the Contax versions and as far as optics go I wouldn't choose either over the other.

Because I'm from the suburbs, not Compton. And you look like an idiot when you are all thugged out in the parking lot waiting for Mom to pick you up in her Lexus crossover.

Almost, but went with the Cine DSLR because it has a bigger payload range. A GH2 wouldn't stand a chance on an FSB4, especially at 800mm.

Amazing. When they arrived on my doorstep I thought the box was empty (only .5 lbs heavier than 055xb legs). At 200mm (no IS) my movements are perfectly smooth with no jitters. I can touch the lens and pull focus and it still stays solid, although I think that might be because of the lens collar.

the 35mm is wider then the other while the 50mm it more for short telephoto.

The top lens is for looking through. The bottom lens is the one that let's the light through to take pictures. Opposed to the SLR (single lens reflex) camera's, those are called TLR (twin lens reflex) camera's.

Back in the day they didn't have a moving mirror yet, so what they did instead was make two lenses. Different from how it is nowadays.

I got one myself as well:

So wrong. But its explained in a previous post. All 120/220 film is the same (colour or black and white), its either 10 frames (120) or 20 frames (220) and before you waste money on a role that doesn't get loaded properly I'd learn how to use it.

saw a guy using a c300 at the north face PPO, no idea why he was using it for skiing footage. He said he rented it for a job, but i'd never bring a rental c300 onto the hill!
