I deem the season series-es to be meaningless. It's the playoffs. Everyone starts at zero. If any of those teams on the left think the guys they're going up against will resemble the way they played before, rude awakenings will occur.

Because Ottawa is a recent team and we're between Montreal and Toronto then there actually aren't as many Ottawa fans as you'd think in the city but whenever Ottawa does well all them Montreal and Leafs fans just jump right on board. I love it personally. But it's the reason why Ottawa is said to have bad fans; because most of the city actually cheers for les habitants or the leafs.

The reason Sens fans are relatively quiet during the regular season is because we're sandwiched in between two huge, cocky groups of fans that won't shut up about their mediocre teams.

You're right man, Ottawa is great place to live, I love it here. The Scotiabank place isn't even in Ottawa though, it's in the middle of nowhere. To get to the arena you have to drive past numerous fields of smelly cows grazing in the pastures, once you can't take the smell anymore, you spot this ugly building beside a car dealership and next thing you know you're watching a hockey game. The atmosphere in the arena isn't all that great either, that's probably why most hockey fans consider Ottawa boring..

ACC location is prime in Toronto too, never had a chance to go to the Bell Center though.

The thing is I don't think it would've worked if the arena was in downtown Ottawa. The traffic would have been ridiculous since there's no subway and the roads are slow..

One positive thing in having the arena in the middle of nowhere is that it's pretty much riot proof.

yes its not always a good thing though because its so crowded and theres no parking at rogers arena really, u have to park somewhere else downtown then walk to the game, and if ur a seasons ticket holder and park at the rink, it takes a loonnggg time to get out because of the traffic, escpecially if theres something going on at bc place too

Impulse bought tickets to Game 3 in LA on Sunday, stoked. Not stoked for the drive home after the game though... need to make it back to SF. D:

After being out of the NHL loop it was nice to finally see how things panned out.
Happy to see Vancouver get the presidents and while i could care less about the trophy, just happpy we get home-ice advantage throughout

Out of all the teams that Vancouver coulda have faced between Phoenix, LA, and San Jose we got the team i least wanted. LA is dangerous, they have a great defense and goaltending and a sleeping defense with great experience

the only shitting thing is gonna be watching the game, since the games will be on around 4am for me i gotta find a way to watch them live. hopefully my internet will be good enough to stream them live, fingers crossed
