Now the season's over, Boston has the cup for the summer, but it's all up for grabs come autumn. Bump it through the slow summer months as transactions occur

This is like asking why the Vancouver Canucks aren't part of the original six just because the Vancouver Millionaires won the Stanley Cup a hundred years ago. The original Senators and the current Senators may play in the same city but they are completely different hockey clubs and franchises. The current ones just adopted the old club's name for nostalgic purposes.

Looks like the second line are finally getting it together, they looked really dangerous out there for the first two periods. Forechecking hard and just all over the place, not to mention the speed. Hodgson, again, just brilliant - shining, even with his 3rd line minutes and subpar wingers (not saying manny & hansen are bad players, just saying that hodgson would be playing with better players, if not for our depth). Schneids didn't face much, but back to back shutouts nevertheless. What an unfortunate (but also great) goalie situation we have at the moment... it must be keeping GMMG up at night.

My assessment is the difference is goaltending. Schneider has been really good, while Niemi has been partly responsible for all 3 goals. First one he can't hang on to his stick and has no way to block the cross-crease bank in, doesn't happen if the paddle is down. Second goal he lets out a juicy rebound first, and let's face it he still should've had time to get across and stop the rebound which was a decent shot but very stoppable. Third goal was just a mess, get out of your crease.

Sharks forwards look really dangerous especially the Thornton line.

I've been quietly freaking out over the injustice suffered by the Habs the other night with that overtime goal, and now Pacioretty gets 3 games. I'm rattled. I liked Kerry Fraser's take on it all: http://www.tsn.ca/blogs/kerry_fraser/?id=381484 and I felt some vindication knowing that he is on my side. I don't think Pacioretty should've gotten 3 for that hit, I think 1 would have sent the appropriate message and seeing as he is a first time offender and apologized after the game I can't understand why Shanahan was so harsh. It's easy to cry foul with Pacio after the un-suspended Chara hit, but regardless I think the NHL got this one wrong.
all it would be is dubstep and kids talking about weed. bunch of flat brims or kids wearing touqes titled back half over their head, and probably wear their coolest street wear t-shirt and shoes..kids complimenting each others sweeeet kicks like a bunch of bitches. also talking about waht sweeet gear they buying this year, even tho they bought new shit last year. coooool. -geteducated
