Little things in life that bug you

Hello NSers.

I've been noticing many little things recently which either bother me a lot or give me small cases of OCD.

Some examples:
I Cant sleep with socks on

The way my pant legs falls over my shoe

When you pull something out of a Styrofoam box and it squeaks


What are some things which drive you crazy?

Probably already posted but, when you have your helmet, hat, and goggles set up perfectly, then you go in for lunch and take them off when eating. It's impossible to get them comfortable again after lunch.

Also, when waiting for friends on the hill when they need to make adjustments, but as soon as you need to make an adjustment, they ski away and can't hear you telling them to wait

having to re-tie a shoe lace thats come undone after walking in slush or rain URGH

In addition to most of the other ones mentioned in this thread:

They're/their/there, your/you're, spelling and grammar mistakes in general

I hate to sound racist, but you don't see white people doing it very often - when black people speak like they are fucking retarded/trying to be "gangsta" or ghetto or whatever the fuck they are trying to be. Just speak some god damned English, please. At least learn the difference between "we are" and "we is"

Getting stuck behind slow walkers, especially if they're smoking

People who smoke who are inconsiderate of the people around them who don't

People who drive slow, but when you try to pass them, speed up so you can't. I FUCKING HATE THESE PEOPLE

Wet socks/bottom of pants

Tying my shoes - all my shoes are either slip on or have the laces untied, with the exception of dress shoes

When clothes feel "stiff" - kind of hard to explain, but like if you compare cheap jeans to expensive jeans or cheap dress shirts/suits to expensive ones, the cheap ones feel stiff and uncomfortable to me

Arrogance

Impatient people

People who complain about everything, no matter what.

When the prof explains a concept in class, and some jackass raises their hand and is like "So, basically what you're saying is..." and repeat EXACTLY what the prof just said.

I'm sure there are others...

i live in new york. i have lived here all of my life. the ski season here is wicked short and it sucks. and i'm 14 and unable to move. most of the people complaining about east coast weather on this site probably still live with their parents and can't move either
