That's not NS slang at all. A demo ski is a ski with a demo binding on it that reps for a company have. So say a regional representative of Armada was at your local hill and they had next years skis for people to try. Those are demo skis so people can test them out and see what they are all about. The demo binding is a binding on a pair of demo skis that can be easily adjusted to fit many different sizes of boots to accommodate everyone that would like to test said skis. what does it mean when someone say that they are "demo skis" or "demo bindings?"
