try using two layers of chains, sorta like this except connect the outside chains to the smaller ring around the pole and the inside chains to a bigger ring sits below the smaller ring.

I work hard for my money. My parents pay for little to nothing that I own. Yeah we go school shopping and i get probs $180 to spend. Which i spend on shirts, pants, shoes whatever. But there are things that i like to get that are a little more. Nice Oxford shirts, selvage denim, shoes, and in this case, a backpack.
