No, they're last year's models but sent back and refurbished with new toe pincer arms. Got them from a good friend at a price I couldn't say no to so really stoked for the extra confidence this year.

I'm using my Virus Tour IDs with them, as they blow my f'in mind. I will rock those boots till the wheels fall off, they are amazing and I love them in every way except the lack of buckle adjustability. They tour amazingly though- and on the flats I can get an extra maybe 6-10 inches of forward stride with them via the hinged tongue. A shorter top bail and a powerstrap and they'll be tits for this year. I. Can't. Wait.

yes you're absolutely right, my bad. 12 lateral, 13 vertical... Got brainjammed writing 916 I guess. I only weigh ~165ish so the DIN is fine with me I just like the idea of more positive heel lock and beefier parts that somehow weigh less.

Still... I work at a machine shop and they are jewel-like in construction. The all-billet CNC parts are just so gorgeous. So clean, so burly... I'd probably be forced to get them even if they weren't better all around.
