Joy is the response of a lover receiving what he loves. This is the joy we feel when skiing powder... This overflowing gratitude is what produces the absolutely stupid, silly grins that we always flash at one another at the bottom of a powder run. We all agree that we never see these grins anywhere else in life.

well actually they said that this year rails and creativity would be a more important aspect of the judging criteria, that's why Jon made a jib garden...

I feel that was the best edit out of all and it SHOULD be in first. It portrayed the fun in skiing, had good skiing (maybe not as much as the other edits), and showed what it's really about. Plus some awesome editing as well.

you know what, i think they deserve the win because not only was the filming/editing perfect, but they show what skiing is all about, just chillin and having a good time with friends.
and contrary to what we were all thinking before the edit dropped, there actually are a bunch of ski shots in there, sure theyre not the most tech tricks in the world, but it was still legit. I like the fact that their edit is a perfect balance of skiing, filming/editing and comedy.
Great edit. Filming and editing was on point, so damn good. It was unique and not just ski porn the whole way through topped of with great vibes and music. Sure it didn't have the best skiing but damn it was fun to watch. Congrats!
imo good editing and filming but there really wasnt a whole lot of variety in the riding instead of seeing different jumps, urban setups etc it was just extra camera angles and jumps, dont get me wrong the riding was still decent but didnt compare to other vids i still like the ns edit the best but congrats to canada for winning though.
i legit started to laugh in school while watching this. so damn funny at the end. Chug is a hero. None of the other teams even came close to that edit. It was on a whole different level.

I so concur with the results now. That edit was the best. Chug is my
hero. The macarena dance on the box was perfect. Skiing was sick, but
the whole thing had an Old School Warren Miller like vibe to it. Ian,
