We want everyone here to have good Buying and Selling experiences, and seems lately there are more and more bad ones. While the Good Buyer/Seller thread is a great resource you are obviously not going to search for a certain person.

After an interaction good or bad, you should drop into a members profile and click the "Feedback" button and leave a little comment of how it went. People looking to deal should do the same and check for previous comments. While this doesn't eliminate the need for being smart about dealing with people, it does give you an idea of how they acted in the past.

We are a community here and hope everyone can all get the most out of it!

yep, basically useless now that there is profile feedback. That thread was created before we had the feedback system.

I'd also like to point out the use of feedback regarding overall member status.  I've used feedback multiple times with people I've never dealt with - I write about their contributions to the site.  no_steeze, snwbrdmilf, and Pippin are some of the people I've commented on.  It's a great way to reinforce good membership and pay a complement where one is due.

True.  It also matters how you say it.  If you're leaving feedback for a shitty member, you should only write about how they're shitty from what you've seen, and not make claims/complaints that aren't valid.  There's a bit of honesty to be had here, and while I agree with you about TheClap's feedback - because he is legit - admittedly, he is an asshole.

there was this one kid whos feedback was completely butchered with with stuff like bailed out etc.. so i decided to sell to him anyways cause you cant really get scammed if they pay first and i wanted to help out his feedback a little. but then he never responded and tried lieing to me saying that he sent me money when i never gave him my paypal haha. no idea why i just shared that story but i love the feedback system.

Yep, objective feedback is super useful.
The more you guys use the system, the more transparent dealing with members will be, and hopefully the amount of dodgy deals will reduce significantly

when you leave feedback for a transaction please state what it was for. "legit" doesnt really mean much. please state legit buyer or seller, but mostly just seller because being a legit buyer isnt really all that important

Yeah that would be really nice and helpful but sights like that are really hard to maintain.  I'm sure the newschoolers people have a lot of other things to do and it would wind up really messed up.
