Haha I'm glad you can go on Oakley and copy their info. In my experience polarizing eliminates a lot of depth perception which would make things difficult in snow. i.e. moguls. Similar to skiing in flat light. Anyway, I am in no position to argue considering I have never worn goggles with a polarized lens while skiing and can only use my off the slopes experience, but I doubt you have either considering your inability to give me first hand experience. I am hoping that this will come back to bite me and you will tell me of your experience but I'm not holding my breath.
