I got a t2i a little while ago and have been trying to learn. Here are some of my favorite shots.

First up is of my friend Troy going pretty large on a spine at our local skatepark.

Next, is a picture of my cat.

And lastly, a picture I just took of the moon and a tree. I need to invest in a tripod.

Agreed on that note, people are allowed to photoshop all they wish but my only beef is that the blurring is not based on a single plane of focus, the de-blurring on the jump is distracting to me, thats all. Just sharing my opinion, sorry for hating.

The ring is a representation of marriage.
The heart, love (obviously)
The quote is a direct contradiction to the initial feel of the image.

Contradictions can be read into quite a bit. Heres my take

(most) Every person grows up with the notion that true happiness is reached when you get married and start a family. If your religious, its your duty. Contradicting that can represent that true happiness will never be found unless you love who you are, first.

I have no idea if that was what you were going for ninja but my take on the image in correlation with the knowing that you are a gay and in fact cannot get married in most states, makes this image as a whole, quite beautiful.

p.s. Let me know if I'm crazy...

I understand that images can take on a life beyond the original authorial intents buttttt I think you may have gotten a touch carried away.

the best art in my opinion needs absolutely no description. If you don't connect with it as a viewer, then you were either not meant to or the artist is not visually communicating right.

Its not a true triptych, they are usually linear. Close enough to call it one though.
