Why change a horrible thing? We're keeping the rules pretty much the same as last years, but we've got some changes to to contest system everyone should read, as well as the REQUIREMENTS!
This is a head to head contest, voting will determine the top seeds, and then it goes topsheet versus topsheet. Can you change yours mid round and try to make it worse? Sure! We want to see the worst of your creativity and design.
