Overall
this jacket would be absolutely perfect if it had some light insulation in it
Performance
The jacket kept me dry when it rained or snowed and kept the wind out, also i didn't get too sweaty when it got a little warmer out due to the armpit vents. The jacket also has tons of fleece lined pockets perfect for stashing some goggles or an mp3 or some cold fingers when just wearing the jacket out on the town, however it's just a shell so when it gets really cold be prepared to throw a fleece underneath it
Design
the striped appearance is sick, and it's not just a basic nylon shell, it has a cotton like feel to the fabric
Value
at $280usd i'd say it was worth it, it has extremely good quality and will last many seasons,
Fit
The fit of the jacket is very stylish, not super xxl baggy, but enough to through a fleece or hoodie underneath when it gets really cold without losing any mobility. I bought the jacket in a size large, and it was overall the perfect size for me.
Durability
the jacket is 100% no rips or tears no broken zippers even after falling on rails. also it hasn't really lost any water repelancy yet after a few washes and skiing in rain/wet snow at least 10 times last year
