MT HOOD, OR – May 2010 – Windells Camp is offering a discount to International and College Snowboarders, Skiers and Skaters for Session 1 – June 6th - 13th. International travelers who enter the discount code “IAMNOTFROMUSA” will get $300 off their camp tuition. College students who enter “collegeBUMdeal” will receive $200 off their camp tuition.
Windells is appealing to international travelers and college students because Mt Hood is the second most popular mountain in the world with its year-round natural snow and epic slopes. Plus, they will have the opportunity to train at the same place Shaun White learned to snowboard. Windells is also finishing installation of a BagJump on campus and this season Windells has installed its second private lift on the mountain.
Tim Windell has been instrumental in the transformation of snowboarding from the 1980’s to today’s snowboarding at the Olympics and other international events.
