Welcome to King of the Hill, May 7-10, in RiksgrÃƒÂ¤nsen, Sweden. The King of the Hill is the original event of the modern freestyle movement. Snowboarders and skiers can compete in one disciplin only or go for the whole King of the Hill title, the best skier or snowboarder in big air, single moguls or slopestyle combined. And thatÃ‚Â´s not all. You can also join the party at the resort, go for a heli ride or just hang out in the midnight sun. We also hope to present a bonus photo exhibition with freestylers doinÃ‚Â´ it their way at the King of the Hill back in the 90Ã‚Â´s.DisciplinesThere will be separate classes for men and women, ski and snowboard, in the disciplines Big Air, Single Mogul, Dual Mogul and Backcountry Slopestyle. The Newschoolers Tell a Friend Tour kicked off the new year with back to back stops in Killington and Bolton Valley. Andy Parry, Khai Krepela, Ian Compton, Ross Imburgia, and a plethora of regional Line riders joined up with a strong local crowd for a weekend of on-and-off-hill fun.
