MORE SNOW FALLING AT PERISHER BLUE!

It’s snowing again at Perisher Blue!  The resort has once again been covered with snow and snowfalls are set to continue for the next few days through to the weekend – ideal news for all snow enthusiasts with just 10 days to go until the official opening of the Australian snow season!

The temperature is currently sitting at a frosty –3.1°C in Perisher Valley and with the cold snap due to continue, things are looking good for a healthy winter season ahead.

According to the Bureau of Meteorology, there is a 90% chance of snow continuing throughout the day and overnight down to 1500m.  Another front will follow close behind and bring further snow showers later Thursday and into Friday.  Isolated snow showers are forecast to continue over the weekend.

With Perisher Blue's opening weekend ‘Celebration of Winter’ just a snowflake away, energy is mounting in Perisher Blue as the cold snap brings snowy smiles to the faces of everyone around the resort.

Signs are promising for a snowy start to the season, so why not get up here before 22 June 2007 and take advantage of our early season mountain pass specials!  For example, a 2-day pass will cost you just $133 from 9 – 22 June, a saving of 30% off a regular 2-day pass.

There are also great accommodation specials!  Stay at The Station Resort, Jindabyne, for just $115 per room until 23 June (rooms can accommodation up to 6 persons – conditions apply).
