Sage Cattabriga-Alosa has been busy this year, bringing artistic vision and some banger shots to the iF3 2014 Film of the Year, Almost Ablaze. He's also been travelling a bit to premiereExperience Sage, where we get an insight to how he was able to create self-proclaimed 'most unique, and rewarding powder segments of his life.'

Throughout all this, he was able to take some time off to pay homage to his roots, creating a 100% inbounds edit, shot exclusively off the Wildcat Chairlift at Alta, UT. In this episode, he shows us how he rips inbounds as if it were an AK spine, and his unique style in approaching features. You quickly forget you're watching a resort edit, where the only indications of commercialized skiing are the orange boundary ropes.

As Smith is going on their 50th year of sponsoring outdoor athlete's, they're bringing us episodes of their brand ambassador's showing us what's keeping them passionate and pushing the limits. For Sage, a man who gets to travel the world accessing remote zones via helicopter, and shredding gnarly pow lines the likes of which dance in our dreams, it is these early season days at Alta that make Sage the skier that he is.

This is great days, and this is skiing.

A typical day for Sage at Alta starts off with a few low-key laps off the Wildcat chair, but usually escalates into much more as the posse grows and the energy levels rise.
