PAUL MITCHELL BIG BEAR FREESKI OPEN RETURNS TO BEAR MOUNTAIN MARCH 3 & 4Former AFT event features Saturday night halfpipe and Sunday SlopestyleBig

Bear Lake, CA  - The AFT may be gone but the sunshine and freeskiing

live on at Bear Mountain.  Always a welcome respite from the long cold

winter, the Paul Mitchell Big Bear Open brings Southern California

sunshine, wicked parties and $20,000 cash in halfpipe and slopestyle

contests.   What’s also on the line is an automatic qualilfying spot

for The Ski Tour in  2008 which showed some hot stuff this past weekend

in Sun Valley.  Additionally, the Paul Mitchell Big Bear Open will be

the first FIS/USSA sanctioned halfpipe event not run by the USSA in

North America.   This sanctioning will give competitors a chance to

garner valuable FIS points and build their FIS profile as freeskiing

begins it’s journey toward Olympic acceptance and a possible spot in

the FIS World Championships in Italy.Entries are limited so click on the link to register online at http://www.bigbearopen.com and secure your spot.
