^a friend of a friend did that. It's supposedly not that bad. Do it at high tide.

As for the rest of it, have buddies in a boat to make sure you're cool, but DO NOT GET INTO THE BOAT for your getaway. There's a coast guard station right by the bridge. The boat checks if you're cool and videotapes everything, and then you swim to shore and get in a car. Then, all good. A wetsuit might not be a bad idea either.

some kids jumped off the ferry... or maybe the dock... when a ferry was there by my house near seattle. it was pretty funny, the ferry workers were yelling at them over the PA system... saying wait on the beach, the authorities will be here shortly... i think they c=got caught anyway.

I think jumping off one of those bc ferries from the top deck would get you killed. Especially in the wrong area with the undertow from the propellers etc...

the snowboard movie 'fathom' from like 4 years ago shows a guy doin a backflip off of burrard st bridge

its fully doable...my cousin used to work at Granville Island boat rentals and watched some iranian guy belly flop off, not knowing that he would live. he ripped out in the boat and had to haul him in.
