you know how when you cook something in a microwave or regular oven, it often becomes too hot to eat... well wouldnt it be great to have a food 'uncooker' which basically cools food down. i know that you could put it in the fridge or freezer but that just isn't fast enough... it would be great if you could have a machine that cooled down food in about 20-30 sedonds..

I had that same fucking Idea last week! I wanted a milkshake or something to be cold and wanted a microwave that made things cold fast. You could make juice popsicles real fast

I thought a microwave excited atoms, making them go faster. When things are hot, their atoms are moving faster. This chillowave could slow the atoms down.

i wonder how infrared would work, i would suggest having it be snow powered, oh, good idea, you could have this chillowave make snow and have it run on snow, then you could make all the snow you want and build jump (sorry, im compulsively obsessed with snow)..........or you could freeze your posicles or chill you food fast, but i know what most of us would do with it!

oh, and finding something to barrage them would only make them move faster with more friction causing more heat, the only way to make them slow down is making it cold..... hence the snow

Well, maybe certain frequency waves would cause interferance with things moving at a certain speed (and therefore, having a certain temperature). This interference could slow things down.

What you are proposing is a either a normal freezer or a perfect machine.

Yeah, I was thinking last year in Chem. We were doing different stuff on what causes different chemicals and materials to make different colored flames. I wanted to know how I could make a black flame but the teacher wouldn't tell me the secrets.

uh, ever hear of liquid nitrogen? Or, dry ice? Both are avalible to the public, and liquid nitrogen can freeze a pop can solid in about 5 seconds. You could very easily just get a cooler of dry ice and stick a 6 pack of pop in there and make it cool in 5 min., of course you would blow the top off the cooler, but that would rock anyway. Liquid nitrogen would probibly be too cold, it would just freeze everything solid.

Anyway, why use chemicals when we can use un-safe-cancerous-lightwaves. Or something of that affect... Anyway, yeah, sure we could use chemicals. BUT then you have to restock them when they run out. The REAL chillowave should run on power.
