yea, i let my friends watch sometimes when they get bored. ive rented out some bleachers for them to sit in actually, im thinking of making big foam hands with 'no jaime! not in there!' written on them.

play games with the kids your riding with to see who can get it first. Lanks and i did that with switch 270's and we both had them by the end of the session. It also helps to completly disregard your physical well being and convince yourself that a fall wont hurt to bad. I always find it easier to go bigger after iv bailed on a feature cause it gives me a kinda mental saftey net where im thinking 'that didnt hurt at all, i can take a thousand falls like that and keep trying'

usually its the peer pressure or having a friend just do what you're trying that gets me to try stuff. sometimes i just get a crazy feeling and try things. that has worked out for good and bad

ask yourself what's the worst that could happen?

So what, you may die. no big deal. haha. Actually, if you can yourself to that point your skiing will be untouchable.

But yes, what's the worst that could happen can really boost up your confidence. If you are doing a spin off of a jump, just logically think about the worst crash you can take.. If you commit to it, you might just land on your side. but no big deal.

visualization really helps for me. Visualization really helps once you've tried it too, so you know how it feels to try and execute a certain move.
