Has n e 1 here held an event, if so was it hard to put on and were there any complications in holding your event?
GET UP FROM YOU COMPUTORS AND CATCH SOME AIR, GRIND A FEW RAILS, RIDE A PIPE OR JUST DO A FEW RUNS WITH YOUR FRIENDS.
havnt held one yet but this guy i work with and i are trying to set up THE sickest competition in history at squaw this spring its gunna be called the main event you hit a big mountain line up in mainline pocket above squaws park and then hit two tables and a rail in the park
yes, they are a total bitch, very fun, and it's better to go all out, then be conservative.
Lineskier, the name ''The Main Event'' has been used oh so many times. Come up with a more creative name.

If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit.

i've run numerous events and we even tried to run a camp... the events have been quite successful, the camp didn't fly... events are much more difficult to put on than you think and require serious support for prizes and finances... plus mountains can be a pain in the ass with insurance, which you'll need to get, unless you have a company that you can run under... we're running an event this weekend at the triple challenge... the smith grudge match... this will be the culmination of three years of work and planning... we ran the event last year as well...
