that is amazing. that is where i think skiing is headed. it would be so cool to see people to huge spins. everyone gets so caught up in grabs. it takes way more skill to spin really really fast than to touch your ski while you spin.

it is. everyone trys to look like a hunchback it seems like. that isn't even proper form. you should have your skis as close together as possible and knees together. i like the upright spins because you can spin faster. why would you want to spin slowly?

omg, frecshies does not belong on this site...spinnning fast is possibly the gayest thing ever, slowing it down and putting grabs in is what adds style and is what has gotten skiing to the point it is today. if people had stuck to ghetto aerial style jumping with weiner-steez the only people skiing today would be our parents cuz it'd be retro oldschool.

I feel like people use 'style' as an excuse b/c they can't spin really fast. Like, 'yeah i like to do stylie 5's because 1080s are gay'. And grabbing is another excuse. like if someone did not touch their ski then it is not cool? if you want to stay upright when you spin then you can't grab your ski.
