I've been getting down lately thinking about how much time I've spent on NS, and thinking about what else I could have done with it. I'm gonna figure it out right now:

figure an average of 2 hours a day (low-ball)since December 2002, that's 2 years and 2 months.

365*2=730
+2*30=790

I'm gonna round that out to 800 for simplicity.

800*2=1600

fuck.

hours in a year= 8760

1600/8760= a total of 18.25% of one year of my life has been spent on NS.

It's time to rethink my priorities.

But I used to be able to make phones ring when I had dial-up. I would tick my mom off, the phone would ring and ring, she'd pick it up, and there's nothing but a dialtone. I'd leave my door open just so I could hear her scream.
