ok what those guys said about just grabbing your balls and throwing your head back is the best way to fuck your self up. I just learned backflips this seasson and have done a pretty good amount since. And the first time i tried one i did just that, thew my head back and expected my feet to follow, well i didnt land it and i scared the hell out of my self, and if it werent for the 2 ft of powder my spelling would be ever worse than it alfeady is. So what you need to do is FIRST DEFINATELY LEARNTHEM ON TRAMPS. if you cant do it on a tramp dont even think of trying it on snow. Then when you dropp in be convident, and dont let adrenilen jello out your legs becuase they will need to be firm under ypurself for the pop. When you approve the jump ,shift your weight forward, and at the lip POP AND THEN SET YOU BACKWARD ROTAION WITH YOUR HIPS HEAD AND SHOULDERS. dont set untill you have poped. then keep your eyes open in the air and almost immediately after you set you can see your landing, just keep your eyes focused on your landing, and if youve set the rotaion right you should come right down to your feet. but only try on a big powder day, becuase i can almost guarantee you wont land it first try.
