k i cant do grabs on my 360s

how do you put grabs on to your 3s k i always am consintrating on landing it and can never crouch and grab any tips
i have found a way to not hurt my self and that is not to fall

i only starrted to grab and spin this year. Just start spinning with your legs tucked up, after doing that a few times it will get real easy

do bigger spins first like 540s and then doing 3360s we'll be easier an you'll be able to throw in a grab

just kick ur legs up n chek a few times on it then u'll b doing grabs easy.. saftey grab near ur binding first

i have the same probloem.try leaning forward more.and practice spinning them with your kness up really high so then all u have to do is reach down for the grab,

just keep doing 3's, and about 3/4 of the way thru the spin it will be the easiest to bring your legs up a little, get used to doing this and soon your ski will be right there, easy to grab. once you start grabbign, do them a ton of times and you'll get really comfortable with it, and youll start grabbign earlier in the spin

i have that same problem. i start to spin too slow when i bring my legs up and i am just starting to tuck my legs on my spins.

spin slow tuck ur legs up try finding ur tails right at ur first 90 or 180s before trying this try normal 3 safety's

throw bigger threes, it kinda hard to put a solid grab without having about a 30 foot table or the equivalent there of.

start off with crossing the skis, then kinda crouching and touching your boot or something simple... then when you get confident with that... you'll be able to hold the grab. peace.

look at the landing pull ur legs up and gab ur boot or cross ur skis rite wen u get in the air and use that momentom to help u spin

Joemuench, acording to my profile, my favourite trick is a big floaty 180. they are fun, try them off of a 60-70 foot table and you will know what i mean.

like try to grab it after u r at 180...

yeah its actually one of the more precision things in skiing. If only i could nose grab 360's, i would do them all day long.

I was working on my critical 3s today and when I would get the grab nicely I would mess up my spin and fall but then when i would just tap it a little I would land. how do I fix this

^^ youre prolly pulling on your grabs, and by doing so you are corking your body weird and falling off axis, thus not landing it. try the tap, but like touch the ski longer on the tap. youre prolly trying to ready your legs for landing before you let go of your grab.
yeah i cant do grabs with 3s either. im keeping my back too straight though so i feel like im not having the flexibility to do so. i just gotta get skiing more, this winters been messin me up. only 6 days and its february
