new to salomon bindings
been out a couple days, and one of my feet moves latterall a little in the binding, so what do i need to tighten, the forward pressure , or wings, or whatever. also, which screws r which?
there is a screw on the side of one of the wings on each binding...whenever you can visually see a slight gap between your boot and the binding (or you feel movement), tighten that screw just until the wing goes back to touching your boot...don't overtighten though

and the top one is? forward pressure, or down or somethin? whats the best tightness for that?
that's tough to answer without being able to see the binding...take them to your shop dude...much safer than trying to adjust all on your own

Are you saying that your toepiece slides side-to-side a bit? My salomon S810Ti were doing that... I did exactly what Vicious just said to do, turn the straight-slot screw on the side of the wing to close in on your toepiece (but only until it barely touches, don't overtighten) that helped me, though it still wiggles a tiny bit...
The screw on top you're referring to adjusts how easily you release vertically out of the toe (I think... I'm no shop tech) I wouldn't mess with that one if you're not sure what you're doing.
I've always used Salomon bindings and for the most part have liked them... thinking about switching to some Look Pivots though...
Yeah, the tops screw is is ly for the space under your boot. I usually use like a credit card under by boot to set that adustment.
