hey guys i have been skiing in the park for a while now and my shins have been taking beating. i have tried many differnt boots but i have still not found one that dosent hurt my shins. so if you guys no of any thing it wuld be highly apprecated.
dont land back seat. and use race stock langes. thats what i do, and im pretty swell off.

1)dont land backseat
2)before and after skiing walk on your heels as you get ready(this one helps A TON)
3) when your sitting down, write your name in the air with your foot to strengthen the muscles.
if you have a power strap, tighten the shit out of it. If you don't have one, get one.
