Trampoline Question

Alright, I need to axe all you trampoline guys a question. So, I just got a new 14' trampoline and I been jumping on the thing a damn lot. The thing is that I get this massive fucking back pain from jumping on the thing alot, and it's soo bad that I cant even jump on it anymore cause my back hurts too fucking much.
I'm pretty sure I just stretched all the muscles back there, (it's in my upper back) and now everytime I jump on it I re aggravate them. Has anyone on here had a problem like this, and if so what did you do to get rid of it. Just time off from the tramp or what. I just got the thing like 2 weeks ago and before that I had'nt jumped on one for like 5 years, then I just started jumping alot everyday. Any help would be appreciated cause my back fucking hurts alot. Later.

i get lower back pain a bunch on the tramp if i go on one for a long time... i think just rest for a bit and you should be fine.

Stretching is godlike.

Invite a bunch of friends over and do 5 minute shifts on and off. Plenty of fun and you can go for hours like that.

I got that a bunch last summer, and then again this summe after I crossed my springs.

It was sore for a few days but after enough jumping it just goes away, for me at least.

i had that and then i got a new pillow and now it doesnt hurt anymore i always a get a super sore neck the first few skiing days of the year ad cant walk for like 2 days after

(trust me, the '' things aren't actually there)

yea I kno exactly what your talking about, feels like someones shocking your back.. I just chilled out for a few days, also lie on your back and keep both of your legs straight, hold the two ends of a towel and place your foot in the middle, then keeping your other leg straight on the ground raise the towel leg so its at a 90 degree angle with your back, this streches the muscles amazingly and will help you get on your tramp faster ;)
