I have switched from dabs to only THC and CBD capsules. They seem to be more effective at getting me to sleep.

Interestingly I have found CBD to be quite beneficial with colds and flus. I would attribute this to CBDs anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects. I find THC can almost add to the feeling of a head cold, while CBD can mellow the feeling of dis-ease.
