How does one get over muggy summer days?

I know there has to be a way to get over the sticky and very uncomfortable summer days that will be ahead of me from this day forward, but I haven't found it yet. Any suggestions?

take off all your clothes, well thats what i do anyway. and besides 100 degrees farenheit isn't that hot. a couple of summers ago we had a whole week where it didn't get below 113 degrees farenheit. and i live in a cool part of australia
