Im the first person to call someone a pussy for being a pussy on here but Boating While Intoxicated charges are a lot easier to catch than you think I know a lot of people who have gotten them unfairly.

ANd no I don't think OP and his crew pose any sort of safety risks driving a fucking pontoon drunk but if they are on a high profile lake where cops patrol (and look to make money off citing people) this is a smart enough idea and good use of 40 bucks.
