Nick.AI did like the 174's, but only had the chance to try them in spring slush.
BogsOkay. Well a longer ski will be more stable at speed and float a little better, a short ski will be easier to turn and more maneuverable in tight spaces. So if you like skiing big, fast, straight lines, I'd say go longer, and if you like tighter, more technical terrain, I'd say go shorter.
I'm only 5'4 and I ski the Praxis Concept, which has the same triple camber shape the Deathwish has, in a 176 and don't have any problems with it. If that helps.
