I have a specific playlist which consists of the most aggressive and instrumental-heavy rap songs that i have on my ipod (lots of Wu tang and Run the Jewels.) I find that this type of music helps me ski more aggressively and not ski like a pussy.

Rap. Different types depending on what mood I'm in. Chill rap like Kid Cudi or something if I'm just cruising around but if I'm going hard or trying to stomp a new trick I listen to up tempo shit like Waka Flocka, Meek Mill, Kevin Gates, etc.

I listen to the sweet sounds of nature and the a cappella performances of my fellow skiers. There were some dudes with serious pipes at Ski Bowl this year. Pretty much had the whole upper bowl singing along. Also that catholic girls school ski team was laying down some tight harmonies on the lifts at Timberline this year.
