Yung_JimmyIt would take years to gain 30 pounds of muscle. Gaining 30 pounds of anything in 2 months would be extremely hard.
I went from 128 pounds 5'9" never lifted weight piror and ended up at 158 in two months and havent gained weight since, so iguess its not all muscle but its fairly close. I can still see my ribbs and stuff.
Its possible and i did it. you have to go like 5 times a week and at first i could barley bench press 125 pounds. Now i can do 175. I did that while getting stoned and going to the gym.
You can be blazed as shit and gain hella muscle, no joke.
I also didnt use any suppliments or kreatine. I eat all organic foods, i still ate chicken and beef and a lot of protien laden foods.
If i were to try and gain another 30 pounds that would be an entire different story. I would have to be going 5 times a day and even then it would take a while more like a year or two but i dont want to be like that lol.
I just mostly bike close to every day and only go to the gym 3 times a week and im still getting stronger.
Im not joking i gained almost 20 pounds within the first month when i was lifting heavy with my 350 pound friend. I would be so stoned i would lift for two hours or so every time i went. I had big apitites and only was in school part time so i could go to the gym and help my friend get healthy.
You dont need to do that, normal people with jobs probably cant do that. I go way less now and im still getting stronger. The key is to keep active through out the day.
Also i bike 10-40 miles 5 times a week to work and school so that probably helped along with the squats and lunges.
I gained 30 pounds fast my friend said every time he saw me i was bigger lol maybe the weed had something in it? Because i was stoned everytime i went.
