Do you mean like a wizard hood or a full on bank robber mask. Saga makes nice wizard hoods and i think armada makes a bank robber type thing

Go to a dollar general in a trashy part of town during the winter time. You'll find 3-hole face masks.

Look inside snowboard shops for wizard hoods.
