I live in Victoria and we don't get snow, but I'm a keen motherfucker and I'm determined to get pitted in some gnarly waves. Does skiing in a skate park work?

Go set up a pvc rail using ice rink snow or build a summer set up. People would not be too stoked if you showed up at the skatepark and started dumping snow everywhere.
