If I spend an extended period of time on the tramp especially if i get a lot of double bounce, I get pain in the upper back. Sometimes it takes a few weeks to go away and is really annoying. Anyone have any tips on preventing it or curing it?

You could try stretching.
Sit on the edge of your bed or a chair and reach down with both hands and try to touch your toes
Lel this happens to me all the time take like 4 or 5 advil that will help but it take a little bit to go away
the same thing happens to me. i really dont tramp any more because of the pain. but i think it is from landing while is a rotating stance. like landing with your back twisted. really sucks and does take a long time to heal.
