I was an insomniac for years where I could only get about an hour or two a night. Finally went away but now I am working graveyards again, 11-7 eat dinner at 8am then go ski from 9- 3 then usually sleep from 4-10 and get up for work if I manage sleep. Your body gets used to it after awhile I just make sure to stay hydrated and I try to take an hour nap mid day for me usually keeps me going
