Whats the reason for spambots?

I literally can't understand the purpose of spam accounts being used on this website. I can understand Ad bots, but why just dump random korean characters and numbers into a forum board.

probably some really upset child that got banned for some dumb shit. i recall some douchelord doxxing people and posting private info about them and their families (harassing mods, etc.) because they got banned so it doesnt shock me. yall take the internets too seriously.
