So mo knees get really stiff when I sit for long periods of time. I've been in and out of PT for it but it still comes back. When it initially happened I was told it was because my butt was weak but I think I've done all the booty strengthening I can do atm. Now they're saying Bakers Cysts might be whats goin on? Has anyone else had this issue? How did you get rid of it. It hurts.
