do it on the first jump at wachusett the second is kinda a step up first flip would definitely be easier on the first

All the information is in that thread i just quoted but to summarize it, pop hard, throw it, and commit. As long as you commit after throwing it you're fine. i'd say 9/10 people that somehow end up getting hurt is because they gave up in the middle and start reaching for the ground or trying to stop their rotation.

If you dont want to get hurt then dont do it on their biggest jump, ive seen their jump line and i would say try it on one of the first two.

lmao i ski wachusett, i wouldn't recommend any of their jumps for your first try. They aren't poppy enough to first try on. especially a step up. bad idea

landed my first one today /claim
feels good to pass that milestone
took me 8 tries. my first one i caught my tips but the rest were all close. on 2 and 3 i caught one tip, 3 4 and 5 i tried to huck it before i finished popping so my right ski fell off and flew 30 feet lol. 6 and 7 i overrotated and backslapped, and i got er on 8. the only one where i think i could have hurt myself was the first try but we had a nice pow landing.

when you try it keep in mind that the pop and set should be 2 distinct motions. a lot of people huck and pop at the same time and sometimes slap their head on the jump. also pop hard as shit and you should get it
